iBetS-2G offers an automated electronic roulette game with an independent multi-station with international design and quality. It is equipped with a Double Top Display and a 24” full HD touch screen. This was the flagship product of the Argentine company Billar Club Multicolor (BCM) at SAGSE Latam 2022. The company’s director, Exequiel Garzón, spoke with Yogonet about the new momentum the industry is gaining after two difficult years.
What was it like for BCM to return to SAGSE’s in-person event?
It was really a pleasant surprise to meet again after more than two years. We are very happy that the land-based gaming industry is recovering and adapting to this new normalcy because it was among the most affected by the pandemic.
You presented the iBetS-2G roulette, which was previously introduced at SAGSE 2019 and which has already been installed in several Argentine provinces. Is there room for further growth with this product, and were there any negotiations for potential new agreements at SAGSE?
Yes, we presented our latest roulette model which is the iBetS-2G and which we already installed in several Argentine provinces. The product is constantly growing: although the name is the same, we have been polishing it and improving it. As a company, we are always looking for a high-end, quality, and competitive product. SAGSE helped us to start or resume talks with our regular customers as well as with other potential new customers.
What was the general attitude of the operators who attended SAGSE? What are their main demands and concerns?
We noticed that they were as enthusiastic as we were about it. They are looking at how they can improve or upgrade their equipment to offer their customers an even better service.
Will you be visiting or exhibiting at any other gaming expos this year?
We always like to be aware of all the novelties in the industry and that is why we are visiting the Feria Internacional del Juego in Madrid (FIJMA, International Gaming Fair) and this week we are attending ICE London.
Now that the industry is resuming its usual activities, what are your plans and expectations for the coming months?
We intend to continue expanding throughout the year and our goal at BCM is to get more customers to know the brand and test our Argentine-made products, which are in no way inferior to imported ones.
